Ready to make pilates a regular part of your routine? Our Level Up membership gives you the flexibility of 2-3 classes per week at just $8 per class. Ideal for building consistency and seeing real results.
Driven | $22.85 per week
20 Classes per month | $99 per month
Got that insatiable appetite for pilates? Our Driven membership is calling your name! At just $5 per class, you can flow through 4-5 sessions per week and watch your strength, flexibility, and confidence soar.

Do you offer trial classes or can I bring a friend?
We offer memberships to help you to build a habit of consistent movement practices and to keep you accountable. Most clients start their Redefined Reformer Pilates journey with our 5-Class Try Me Plan. It’s affordable at just $11 per class, and with 22 classes daily, from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm, you’ve got plenty of options to fit your schedule. No lock-in—pause or cancel anytime (Ts&Cs apply)! Love it? You can stay on the Try Me Plan or upgrade to our Level Up or Driven Plans to save even more. The choice is yours!
I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before – is this for me?
Absolutely! Our Orientation and Fundamentals classes are designed especially for beginners. No experience needed—just a willingness to move and learn.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring yourself in active wear, your phone to access the studio through the QR code on the front door, grippy socks (for safety) available for purchase in studio also, a towel, and a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
How to Access the Studio?
- Book your class
- When you arrive, scan the entry QR code at the front door to gain access.
📲 Your scan will automatically check you into your class.
👉 If you’re attending two classes back-to-back, be sure to scan your phone again before the second class to check in properly.

What fitness level do I need to join?
All fitness levels are welcome. Our classes cater to a wide range of abilities, and you can move at your own pace.
Will there be staff at the studio?
Our studios are designed to be self guided, so there are no staff on site. However, our Orientation class will walk you through everything you need to know before starting regular sessions.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your class starts. This gives you enough time to get settled, set up your equipment, and be ready to move! If you arrive earlier, we kindly ask that you wait until the previous class finishes to ensure a peaceful experience for all our members.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. While we don’t offer pregnancy specific classes, some clients continue with pilates safely during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy using modifications required as advised by your healthcare provider.
Can I bring my baby or child into the studio while I do a class?
For safety reasons and to maintain a focused environment, our studios are child free zones.
How old do I have to be to join?
Members must be 16 years or older. Those under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent.
Do you have toilets or showers?
Yes, we have a toilet inside the studio space for your convenience.
Do you have filtered water available?
Yes, we have filtered water available at the studio for you to stay hydrated before, during, and after class.
Are grip socks compulsory?
Yes, grip socks are compulsory for safety and to ensure proper traction on the reformer. They help prevent slipping and keep you secure during your workout. You can bring your own or purchase a pair through the app and pick them up at the studio!
Where can I park?
There is 1 hour parking available right at our studio, so you can easily park and get to your class without any hassle!
Longer parking options are available off Vincent St behind Ampol and along Melrose Street.
What to Do if Something Unexpected Happens?
If you injure yourself or witness someone else getting injured, please report it to us! If the situation is life-threatening, call 000 immediately.Your safety is our priority, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
Memberships
Can I join online?
Yes! Sign up through our Redefined App or website – it’s quick and easy.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Of course. We offer flexible options for pausing or cancelling your membership. You can cancel or suspend (minimum suspension period 1 month, 14 days notice time for cancellation) your membership from the next billing cycle. Check your member portal or contact support, hello@redefinedstudio.com.au for details.
How often do I make membership payments?
Memberships are billed monthly.
Can I transfer my Redefined membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and linked to your personal account.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel or pause it through contacting support, hello@redefinedstudio.com.au.
Can I switch membership plans?
Definitely. You can upgrade or change your membership by emailing us hello@redefinedstudio.com.au.
How can I leave feedback or report a fault?
We’d love to hear from you! After class, simply scan the QR code on the wall or TV to leave your feedback. You can also share your thoughts through our website or app. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures you have the best experience possible!
Class Bookings
How often should I book classes?
As often as your membership allows! Consistency is key for the best results. We recommend attending 3-4 classes per week to truly experience the benefits and feel the difference that consistency can make.
What’s your cancellation and no-show policy?
We ask for a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel without penalty. Late cancellations will result in a session being deducted.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book classes up to 30 days in advance from your first billing day.
Can I attend more than once a day?
Absolutely—double the movement, double the benefits! Just make sure you’re booking within your membership limits.
